1.Visitors (and staff) will be screened at the gate. Everyone will be asked if they have travelled recently and/or if they have any symptoms which could be COVID – 19, or been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
2.Please wear a mask that covers both nose and mouth. We require you to wear this during your time at the Farm.
3.Visitors will be asked to dip their shoes (as always…:) as well as sanitize hands on their way in.
4.Sanitization stations will be scattered throughout the farm so that it will be easy to disinfect at all times.
5.There will be a limit of 10 people at any time in the Cafe/Shop/Washroom area.
6.Food must be consumed outside on our covered patio
7.Bathrooms will be disinfected regularly, as will high touch areas around the farm.
8.Plexiglass barriers are installed at the shop counter and we offer contactless payment.
9.Visitors are asked to keep within their ‘family group’ and maintain a distance of 2m apart from others
10.* Children under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult

--No feeding the animals
--Wheelchair friendly - We have ramp access into the café and trails are grassed, although might be bumpy in places. We also have a wheelchair accessible washroom.
--Please make sure to dress for the weather. In spring and summer, we suggest you wear boots in case it's muddy. It also helps to prevent tics from finding you. In winter, bundle up! It's a little extra cold here because we are at the top of a (beautiful) hill.
*Refunds for any programs or experiences are available until 7 days before the event.
*Cancellations 24 hours or less are non-refundable and programs cannot be re-booked without more than 24 hours notice to us.
*On the rare occasions when weather creates dangerous conditions for people and animals, we will cancel programs on the farm.
*In the case of cancellation due to weather, visitors are entitled to reschedule with no additional charge anytime up to 12 months.
